No, there is currently no specific version of CombineZP explicitly designed for Windows 11. However, it is likely that the program will still function on Windows 11 as long as the system requirements are met.
Where can I find a version of CombineZP compatible with 64-bit version of Windows 10? Thank you, Allan Hadley, but your website is no longer accessible.

The software doesn't appear to be available anymore. I've checked various websites, but they all linked back to the same website that is not working anymore. I am afraid there is no version of 64-bit available for downloading, nor there will ever be if the official developers don't resume their work.
There are some alternatives to CombineZP, and the most noticeable one is Helicon Focus and provides the same features as CombineZP. You can obtain additional details about it using the following link: http://www.heliconsoft.com/heliconsoft-products/helicon-focus/
No, CombineZP doesn't have support for RAW or 16 bit mode modes, which means that you will have to convert them to TIFF or JPG before loading them into the main interface.
Also, you can check this by going to the File > Open and note all the available file formats that you can load into the application.
If have say 6 pics will only work if stack three pics at a time and stack the two stacked pics. Have ryzen 7, asus mothebaord, 8gig ram, 1060 vid card.

Found my own answer. If you download older version i.e. CombineZM it does work but slowly and you have to manually save the ouput. But at least you get an output. Tried with 13 image stack, worked.
I've searched the web regarding the resolution and didn't find anything about it, however, when you launch the software, a new window will launch as well that contains the Help documentation you can use to get the images right.
You'll find examples and procedures as well as the correct settings needed to properly create images. If the window doesn't appear, access the installation directory of CombineZP and then open the CZPHelp.CHM file.
The only platform available for CombineZP is Windows. I couldn't find anything about it regarding Linux operating system. The good thing is that you can use an application like Wine to emulator Windows applications while Linux is the primary operating system.
Wine has been known to be a very successful application when it comes to launch Windows apps.
The ZP does not actually mean something. In fact the full name of the application is CombineZ Pyramid. This was attributed by the developer to provide information about its current states of the apps.
I am a long time user of Combine ZP. I use this software to stack multiple images of micro minerals as a hobby to both document and catalog my specimens and to share them with others who have the same appreciation of micro minerals and micro-mounting. At the scale of many of my subjects I find myself having to stack as many as 60 to 80 images just to get a FOF that captures what I am shooting. In doing so, a large portion of the resulting images, especially around the periphery of the combined frame out of focus and many times littered with artifacts produced by the stacking process. I found that by processing the raw photo image saved as a BMP significantly reduces the occurrence of artifacts, but one might expect the processing time is greatly increased. I usually end up cropping the final images for the view of the subject I was shooting in the first place.
My question: Is there a way from within Combine ZP that will allow be to set a single crop limit before within which Combine ZP performs its magic, ignoring the area of the images that lay outside of the crop fence?

I've searched through the files and various websites and I couldn't find anything in particular about the option you refer to. I recommend you search through the help file/section as well because that's the only place to find the option. The official website of the developer is also not unavailable. A DNS error is given instead of the actual page which means it could be discontinued as well.

Just delete the .doc so it ends in .msi
Worked fine for me
Where may I find the differences?

This is the only explanation I could find based on the Wikipedia page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CombineZ
